File Import

You can import metadata files in different format into the system.

Click on "File Import" tab in the navigation bar to import files into the system.

You can search for the file by entering its details in the search field.

Or, you can click on dropdown icon for advance serach in which you are having more option to filter out list.

Click on "Search" button to search for the result.

Click on "Reset" button to reset the form values.

You can find the already existed imported files data or filtered data in the table.

You can check the detail of any particular file by double clicking on its row in the table.

The system populates with a screen where you can view/reset data of the existing file.

Click on "Reset" button to reset the data of existing file.

Click on "Refresh" icon if you want to refresh the data present in the table, otherwise it will automatically get updated in every 15 minutes.

Click on "Import" button present on the top right of the screen.

The system populates with a screen where you can fill the following information to import file in any format which are specified in the file format type.

Click on "Submit" button to submit the information filled in the form and import that file in the system.

Click on "Reset" button to reset the data filled in the form.

You can view data/error in the table once you submit the form.
